Refund Policy
SizeGenetics™ Refund Policy:
Use the SizeGenetics device and if for some reason you do not see ANY benefits then we will refund you the price of the product (24 month extended warranty is non-refundable) minus handling and processing costs ($20 per order). This device has been tested by Urologists to be 97.5% effective.
We can only accept refund by "snail mail" this is due to the fact that our refund department requires written proof of your request for a refund.
Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:
- Used the SizeGenetics device for a minimum of 120 days, this is because by this point you should have seen gains.
- Contacted Customer Support via the telephone or the Customer Support ticketing system and registered on the Mens-Network forum and posted on the forum asking for advice on how to make the product work for you.
- You are asking for a refund within 6 months.
If in the unlikely event that this is the case we require the following:
- Your full name, address and order ID number.
- Used SizeGenetics device
- PenisHealth DVD and Luxury Travel Case (if you ordered the full system)
- Fully completed and signed refund form (see link below).
Please send your package with tracked shipping as we can not take responsibility for lost packages.
If your refund request does not meet all the requirements you will not be refunded.
